Manage Gmail Subscriptions ALL AT ONCE

According to Microsoft, here are some horrifying facts about email:
40% of people who are online at 6 am are reviewing email for the day’s priorities.
The average worker receives 117 emails daily—most of them skimmed in under 60 seconds.
Mass emails with 20+ recipients are up 7% in the past year, while one-on-one threads are on the decline (-5%).
I’m thinking this doesn’t even include people’s personal email accounts. So today I wanted to teach you a little trick on Gmail to see ALL of your subscriptions.
See all of your subscriptions at once in Gmail.
On the left, click More and then Manage subscriptions.
This will show you a list of everything you’re subscribed to and how frequently they’re emailing you.
Clicking each contact will pull up everything that they’ve emailed you in the past. You can also click “Unsubscribe” on the right hand side to cull the future emails.
A trick that advertisers use is emailing you from several different emails addresses - this is a way to catch that. Do you have six million LinkedIn emails?
Any new emails will be going to spam.
